Job Description

Role & Responsibilities of HR Trainee:

As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions within the organization. Your role will include:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Coordinating new employee onboarding, including paperwork and orientation.

Employee Relations:

  • Assisting in handling employee inquiries and providing basic HR-related information.
  • Supporting in the resolution of employee issues and conflicts.

HR Administration:

  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and letters.

Training and Development:

  • Assisting in organizing and coordinating training programs and workshops.
  • Tracking and documenting employee training and development activities.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Assisting in ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Supporting in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Performance Management:

  • Assisting in the performance appraisal process, including data collection and analysis.

Benefits Administration:

  • Supporting in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Masters/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
