Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Additionally, you will support employee lifecycle management by overseeing onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Your role will involve administering and coordinating performance appraisal processes, as well as handling employee grievances and escalating issues when necessary. It will be essential to maintain HR records and the employee database with accuracy and confidentiality. You will be expected to implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Moreover, you will assist in planning and executing employee engagement and welfare activities. Preparing HR reports and analytics for internal and management use will be a part of your responsibilities. You will also coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Candidates applying for this position must have 3-4 years of experience in the service industry. Proficiency in English is mandatory. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule and performance bonus. The work location is in person.
