HR Executive Employee Engagement & Training

As an HR Executive focusing on Employee Engagement & Training, your primary responsibilities will include conducting internal trainings such as warehouse SOPs, driver orientation, and safety protocols. You will be responsible for tracking employee attendance trends, absenteeism rates, and levels of engagement within the organization. In addition, you will lead initiatives such as satisfaction surveys, grievance redressal processes, and suggestion mechanisms to ensure a positive and supportive work environment. You will play a key role in planning employee events, appreciation programs, and communication drives to enhance overall employee morale and satisfaction. Your role will also involve supporting KPI/performance appraisal coordination and maintaining HR dashboards for reporting to management. As part of the team, you will be expected to contribute towards the overall employee engagement strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. Weekend availability may be required, and a yearly bonus is provided. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in English.
