HR Executive

As an HR Executive at dSPACE in Trivandrum, you will play a crucial role in leading all HR activities and projects, handling the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to talent management. Your main responsibilities will include managing recruitment cycles, implementing company policies, conducting employee engagement activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing training programs, and collaborating with external HR vendors. Your qualifications for this position include a Masters in Business Administration with an HR specialization, preferably along with a B. Tech degree, minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and ownership skills.
