HR Executive

As an HR Executive at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our Human Resources team and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring a high standard of professional recruitment practice, providing guidance on recruitment and selection matters, collaborating with different service groups to meet their recruitment needs, delivering recruitment and selection training, screening and recruiting candidates from various sources, managing bulk mailing campaigns, coordinating interviews, negotiating terms and conditions with candidates, facilitating onboarding processes, and conducting orientation sessions. In addition, you will be involved in the design and development of new systems and processes to improve company operations, strengthening employee engagement initiatives, undertaking specific HR projects, promoting continuous improvement and innovation within the team, and delegating responsibilities effectively to team members. To excel in this role, you should have 2-4 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and labor laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
