Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment databases.

Employee Records and Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and leave information.
  • Process HR-related paperwork and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and administrative procedures.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company regulations.
  • Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews and documentation.

Employee Engagement:

  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, fostering a positive and open communication culture.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate staying in or around navi mumbai will be preferred
  • Candidate with any additional certification in HR will be preferred
  • Candidate from medical product domain will be preferred

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a human resources administrative or executive role.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and any HR software (HRIS).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Candidate need to be a good team player, positive, and supportive
