Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and confident HR Executive (Male) to join our team at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and should be capable of managing end-to-end HR operations, including team handling and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process

Manage onboarding, induction, and exit formalities

Handle employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment

Oversee daily HR operations, attendance, and payroll coordination

Lead and manage a small team of recruiters or HR assistants

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies

Coordinate training and development activities

Requirements:

Gender: Male

Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR

Education: Graduate or MBA in HR (preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in MS Office and HR tools

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
