About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This is an onsite individual contributor role focused on end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, structured screening ability, and a sharp eye for identifying the right talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR coordination.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Candidates with prior experience in IT companies or recruitment agencies will be preferred.
