Job Description: As an HR Executive at our company, your role will involve managing and supporting various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and maintain a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews. - Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues. - Support performance review and appraisal processes. - Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in HR sourcing for at least 1 year. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
