What You’ll Do:
● Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
● Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
● Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
● Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
● Coordinate with team leads/managers to track and review employee performance.
● Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
● Maintain and update HR documents and databases.
● Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
● Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
● Manage clearance process and documentation for departing employees.
Requirements:
● Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
● Around 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.
● Strong knowledge of HR functions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools/portals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹11,850.73 - ₹40,000.00 per month
