HR Executive

As a Hotel HR, your main responsibilities will involve designing hiring plans for all hotel departments based on seasonal needs, managing compensation and benefits plans, and overseeing employee attendance and working schedules including paid time off, overtime, and breaks. You will play a key role in recruiting and training new hires, managing employee data, and implementing strategies to retain our valuable staff members. Your expertise in labor legislation and experience in hiring employees across different roles and seniority levels will be crucial for success in this position. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of staff-related procedures and developing HR strategies that align with the business requirements of our hotel. Your objective will be to create a conducive work environment where employees are content, involved, and efficient. Your responsibilities will also include conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, implementing employee retention programs such as end-of-season bonuses, coordinating staff accommodation and transport arrangements when necessary, scheduling training sessions for all hotel employees (e.g., customer service skills training), acting as the primary point of contact for employee queries and job-related issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations within the hotel premises. To excel in this role, you should have practical experience working as an HR professional, with a preference for candidates with a background in the hospitality industry. Additionally, the job specifies a preference for male candidates.
