Job Title HR Executive

Years of experience – 3-4 yrs
Location – Goregaon East, Mumbai.
Employment Type- Full Time(Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM -5:30 AM)

Roles and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding ,employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation, and benefits.
Maintain HR databases and generate reports for management as needed.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor laws.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's /Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
3–4 years of experience in an HR role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
