1. Scope & Objective of the role

Responsible for employee onboarding, attendance and payroll activity, employee personal record maintenance, and Facility, admin activities.

Objectives of the Role

Ensure employee onboarding as per the process
To handle attendance and monthly payroll process
To maintain the employee personal records
To handle facility and admin activity have been maintained as per required standard.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires by preparing necessary documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with integration into the company.
Responsible for Employee attendance and monthly payroll process smoothly
Create and maintain employee records both in soft and hard form.
Generate HR reports as needed for reviews.
Ensure housekeeping ream keeps the office premises including work area and wash rooms are maintained and recorded on a regular basis.
Canteen management and refreshments are supplied in the most hygienic form by the vendors.
Ensure housekeeping maintains all equipment in working condition.

: Integrated platforms that help manage HR attendance, payroll, MIS activity.
