Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and update employee data in HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Generate and circulate periodic MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment status, payroll, attendance, etc.).
  • Prepare HR dashboards and ad-hoc reports as required by management.

2. Payroll & Attendance Support

  • Validate attendance, leave, overtime, and shift data for payroll processing.
  • Ensure accuracy in employee-related financial records (salary, incentives, and deductions).
  • Coordinate with payroll/finance team for error-free processing.

3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Track recruitment metrics (open positions, offers made, and joining status).
  • Maintain candidate databases and support recruitment MIS.
  • Prepare onboarding reports and joining status updates.

4. Compliance & Audit

  • Maintain records related to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support internal/external audits with HR data and reports.

5. HR Analytics

  • Analyse HR data and provide insights on attrition, performance, productivity, and manpower costs.
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/MIS - Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros preferred).
  • Experience with HRMS/ERP tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Bengaluru North. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, implement HR policies, and ensure the smooth functioning of HR management activities. The role involves daily interaction with employees, addressing their concerns, and maintaining a positive workplace environment. Additionally, the executive will support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.

Eligibility

  • Minimum one year experience
  • Any degree
  • work location - Lingarajapuram - Bengaluru
  • Well and good in MS excel and MS office
  • Good communication skill verbal and oral in English
  • Language preferred - Kannada + Telugu / Hindi
  • Age limit below 25
  • Required immediate joiner
  • Sunday off - 9am to 5.30pm
  • CTC – 3LPA + Other benefits
