You will oversee touch points throughout the employee lifecycle, collaborate with HR teams to align initiatives with talent management strategies, and support managers with data-backed insights on employee performance. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, have 4 years of experience in HR engagement, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and HR best practices.
