Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Data Specialist to join our team at Bristol-Myers Squibb India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and analyzing complex data sets, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data records.
Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and implement effective data management systems and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new HR initiatives.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment data.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration.
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using statistical software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR software applications.
