Job Description: Pearce Services is seeking an experienced HR Data & Analytics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis and reporting, HRMIS & HR platforms with a strong focus on leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to track key metrics such as employee performance, turnover, demographics, and recruitment. Analyse & capture valuable feedback from HR data and provide actionable insights and support HR leadership in making informed decisions and improve Organization practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workforce planning and optimization. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present complex data in an understandable format. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and advanced MS Excel. Experience with HR analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
