Job Description

You will report to the Director Data Analytics and collaborate with the team to produce insights, perform exploratory data analysis for leadership requests, and maintain data visualization tools delivering people and business metrics. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing compelling dashboards using advanced analytics, interactive dashboard design, and data storytelling techniques. You will deliver operational talent reports with data-driven narratives and engage with People team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support scheduled/ad hoc reporting. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders such as Executive Leadership, HR leaders, and Business Partners. Your role will also involve innovating to automate and streamline processes, being responsible for data cleansing, validation, testing, and large-scale data analysis. You must handle sensitive human capital data with discretion and sound judgment and collaborate with project teams to ensure correct identification of data impacted by changes. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. You are required to have 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics roles working with large datasets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, curious, independent, and eager to learn. In terms of technical skills, you should be proficient in analytics data modeling, storytelling, and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other advanced analytical tools. Exposure to R and Python is considered an added advantage. Experience in Workday reporting, Viva GLINT, Visier, and HR data systems is preferred. You should also have experience in preprocessing structured/unstructured data and be proficient in Advanced MS Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, Power Platform, and DAX. Other requirements for this role include the ability to work in virtual teams across time zones, a broad understanding of HR processes and metrics (e.g., Workforce Metrics, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent Management), and people management experience is a plus. Knowledge of ERP, HR systems, and business intelligence tools is essential. You should also have the ability to handle stress and prioritize effectively with management support.,
