You will report to the Head of Data Analytics and collaborate with the team to produce insights, perform exploratory data analysis for leadership requests, and maintain data visualization tools delivering people and business metrics. Excellent stakeholder management skills are crucial for this role, and you should possess excellent communication abilities. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing compelling dashboards using advanced analytics, interactive dashboard design, and data storytelling techniques. You will also deliver operational talent reports with data-driven narratives. Engaging with People team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support scheduled/ad hoc reporting will be a key part of your role. You will develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders such as Executive Leadership, HR leaders, and Business Partners. Innovation to automate and streamline processes is expected from you, and you will be responsible for data cleansing, validation, testing, and large-scale data analysis. Handling sensitive human capital data with discretion and sound judgment is a critical aspect of this position. Collaboration with project teams to ensure correct identification of data impacted by changes is also essential. In terms of education, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required. For experience, a total of 8 years with at least 5 years of experience in analytics roles working with large datasets is necessary. Being self-motivated, curious, independent, and eager to learn will be beneficial for excelling in this role. Your technical skills should include analytics data modeling, storytelling, and visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other advanced analytical tools. Exposure to R, Python is an added advantage. Rich experience in Workday reporting, Viva GLINT, Visier, HR data systems, preprocessing structured/unstructured data, and expertise in Advanced MS Excel, Alteryx, PowerPivot, Power BI, Power Platform, DAX is expected. Other requirements for this position include the ability to work in virtual teams across time zones, a broad understanding of HR processes and metrics, people management experience is a plus, knowledge of ERP, HR systems, and Business Intelligence tools, and the ability to handle stress and prioritize effectively with management support.,
