Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven HR cum Accounts Manager to join our team and help elevate our presence and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
• Manage exit processes, including final settlement and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally/QuickBooks/ERP as applicable).
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and invoicing.
• Ensure timely tax filings including TDS, GST, and income tax.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar dual-function role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, MS Excel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
