HR cum Accounts Manager

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js at Magadh Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and designers, you will deliver scalable and high-performance solutions. It is essential to write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices while creating and maintaining databases and schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval. Your role will involve developing and integrating RESTful APIs and web services, implementing server-side logic and business logic for optimal performance and responsiveness, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing code for performance and scalability. Staying updated on the latest Node.js releases, frameworks, and best practices is crucial, along with conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality standards. You will participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, and collaborate with other team members to design and implement software architectures. As a Node.js Developer, you should have proven experience in this role and a strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js. Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for full-stack development is required, along with knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL). Understanding asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, RESTful API design and integration, version control systems like Git, web standards, and cross-browser compatibility is essential. Professional attributes such as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, commitment to writing clean code, and a continuous learning mindset are valued. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a prerequisite for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role in the Engineering - Software & QA department at Magadh Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Salary offered ranges from 10 lac p.a. to 15 lac p.a.
