Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company, your role will involve assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. You will provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives and be responsible for compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies. Your tasks will also include processing documentation, preparing reports relating to personnel activities, and coordinating HR projects. Key Responsibilities: - Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations - Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews - Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees - Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database Qualifications Required: - Graduation In addition, you will be required to work from Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:30. You should have fast computer typing skills, familiarity with ATS software and resume databases, basic knowledge of labor laws, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication skills.,
