Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment and utilities (e.g., furnaces, casting machines, compressors, CNC machines). Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to detect wear, tear, and potential failure points. Maintain detailed maintenance logs and update service records. Coordinate with production and quality teams to minimize equipment downtime during maintenance. Ensure availability of critical spares and maintain inventory for preventive maintenance. Analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and replacements. Lead root cause analysis for recurrent issues and initiate corrective actions. Ensure adherence to safety norms and compliance with maintenance SOPs. Supervise and guide maintenance technicians during preventive work.
