Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and provide HR solutions.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, and interviews.

  • Maintain client relationships and ensure timely delivery.

  • Manage onboarding documentation and basic HR operations.

  • Prepare reports, candidate trackers, and maintain databases.

  • Support clients with HR policies, compliance basics, and employee queries.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Basic HR operations understanding.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR (preferred)
