Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
  • Maintain staff records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with CBSE norms, labour laws, and school policies.
  • Support management in policy framing, staff training, and performance evaluations.
  • Build a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address staff grievances with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of the school.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR/Management.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience (school experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of school HR policies, staff recruitment, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,767.82 - ₹31,621.70 per month
