• Post-HR and Compliance Executive/manager
• Location- Andheri-(E)- Near WEH Metro Stn
• Salary-30k to 35k
• Exp- Min 2Yrs to 8yrs

JOB Description

• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, etc.)
• Maintain and update statutory records and registers
• Liaise with external consultants/auditors for inspections and audits
• File returns and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures
• Assist in drafting and updating HR and compliance policies
• Generation of PF, ESIC, MLWF challan.
• Female candidate Mostly preferred.
• HR Generalist with Policy Making Experience its will be added advantage
