Role Description

We’re expanding fast and looking for a proactive HR professional who can take charge of bulk hiring for our café staff across multiple locations. If you have a knack for spotting the right talent and can handle fast-paced hiring, this one’s for you!

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for café roles: Baristas, Chefs, Servers, Cashiers, Cleaning Staff, etc.
• Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, referrals, and local networks
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, screenings, and walk-ins
• Maintain a real-time tracker of open roles and ensure quick closures
• Communicate with café managers and operations team to understand hiring needs
• Ensure proper onboarding and documentation for new joiners
• Build a reliable local hiring pipeline for future requirements
