Job Description

As an experienced HR professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of operations. - Maintaining accurate employee attendance records and preparing regular MIS reports. - Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, organizing review meetings, and planning employee engagement initiatives. - Encouraging and motivating employees to enhance productivity and development by delivering training programs. - Addressing and resolving employee grievances effectively to maintain a positive work environment. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA degree - Proficiency in Ms-Office - Willingness to travel to locations such as Madurai, Cholavandan, Melur, Thiruppuvanam, and Ponammaravathy. Please note that this is a full-time position with working hours from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM. The work location for this role is in person.,
