Role Overview:

Med Metrix is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing night shift operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment and is passionate about aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and performance
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce planning
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Lead HR initiatives tailored to night shift teams

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 4 years of HRBP experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work night shifts (US time zones)
