HR-Business Partner

You are a versatile and experienced HR Generalist & Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and key HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience and compliance with HR policies. Your role requires a proactive approach in balancing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations effectively. Your primary responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, and coordinating interview processes for a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, generate reports for recruitment data analysis, and participate in employer branding initiatives. In terms of HR generalist functions, you will handle employee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs, manage employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment, and assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations. Additionally, you will identify skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and evaluations to determine necessary training programs. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5-8 years of experience. A preferred qualification includes a B.Tech/Master in Business Administration or a related field. You should have proven experience as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the semiconductor or IT industry, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies. Hands-on experience with MS Office tools for HR analytics and reporting, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this role.,
