As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, providing guidance on talent management, employee relations, and performance.

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and goals
• 事業リーダーと連携し、組織のニーズ・目標を把握
• Provide guidance on talent management, performance, and succession planning
• タレントマネジメント、パフォーマンス、後継者計画に関するアドバイス提供
• Support employee relations and conflict resolution
• 従業員関係や紛争解決のサポート
• Implement HR initiatives and programs to drive engagement and development
• エンゲージメント向上・人材育成のためのHR施策・プログラム実施
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decisions
• HRデータの分析と意思決定のためのインサイト提供

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR generalist role
• HRビジネスパートナーまたはHRジェネラリスト経験3年以上
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Japan
• 日本におけるHR慣行、労働法、雇用規制の知識
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 高いコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
• 従業員関係、パフォーマンス管理、組織開発の経験
• Business-level English and conversational Japanese
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日常会話レベルの日本語

• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
• HR資格（PHR、SHRM-CP など）
• Experience in multinational companies or cross-cultural teams
• 多国籍企業・多文化チームでの勤務経験
• Experience with HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• HRシステム（Workday、SuccessFactors など）の経験
