HR Business Partner (Experienced/Senior)

As an HR Business Partner at our rapidly growing company, your role will be instrumental in the company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Advising management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures - Conducting investigations and facilitating terminations in partnership with management - Working with managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee relations issues - Preparing reports and analyzing data for information reporting and management decision making - Conducting exit interviews and analyzing turnover trends - Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment goals and strategies for assigned departments - Developing and presenting employee and management trainings Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in HR - Good understanding of employee relations - Knowledge of employment laws - Prior supervisory experience is a plus About Medpace: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) that provides Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
