Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR files.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Handle basic office administration such as inventory, vendor coordination, and filing.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and admin support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/ATS is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
