Labour Law Compliance: Enroll employees on PF & ESIC portal Maintaining statutory registers and records as per applicable labour laws (e.g. Factories Act, ESI, PF, Contract Labour (R&A) Act, MB Act, PW & MW Acts etc) Help with onboarding formalities Required Candidate profile Support in timely submission of statutory returns Welfare & Engagement. Maintain accurate & up to date records of all compliance . Monitor workplace facilities (canteen, sanitation, restrooms, etc.)
