Job Description

**Hiring: HR Associate Background Check (BGC)**

**Location:** Hosur Road, Adugodi Post, Bangalore

**Shift:** 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | **Mode:** Work From Office

**Contract:** 6 Months (Extendable / Full-Time based on performance)

** Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review candidate documents & BGC reports
  • Coordinate with BGC vendors
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes
  • Handle post-offer documentation
  • Resolve BGC/document queries
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Work closely with HR & Recruitment teams

** Requirements:**

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing stakeholders
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment
  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Team player with basic reporting skills
