Job Description

You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR activities, providing clerical HR admin support, and preparing employee HRMS files and reports. Additionally, you will support employee documentation work, provide solutions for HR activities related issues, and handle employee grievances to ensure the best solutions are offered. Your role will also involve assisting with interview coordination, organizing induction training programs, supporting the HR recruitment process, preparing HR official letters, and organizing meetings while preparing the minutes of meetings. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in HR or related field is preferred - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Office applications Please note that this job is full-time, permanent, and suitable for freshers.
