1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding of workers, staff, and contract manpower.
2. Maintain daily attendance, overtime, shift schedules, and support payroll processing.
3. Coordinate with contractors and supervisors for manpower planning and compliance documents.
4. Maintain employee records, HR files, and support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act).
5. Handle employee welfare activitiesPPE/ID cards, canteen, uniforms, basic grievance handling.
6. Support HR audits, training coordination, and general HR administration.
