Job Description

As an Assistant HR at Medcity Study Abroad, located in Kottayam, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations related to recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement. This position not only provides you with a structured career pathway to eventually become an HR Manager but also offers opportunities for professional growth within the organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2.5 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage HR processes while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: - Identifying potential candidates through various channels and coordinating the selection process effectively. Employee Onboarding: - Conducting orientation sessions, induction programs, and ensuring a seamless integration for new hires. HR Documentation & Record-Keeping: - Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality. Compliance & Policy Implementation: - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, company guidelines, and staying updated with regulatory changes. Employee Engagement & Support: - Organizing employee welfare activities, addressing queries, and providing HR-related assistance to enhance employee satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. - Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. - Ability to manage multiple HR tasks with attention to detail. - High integrity and confidentiality in handling employee data. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2.5 years of relevant HR experience.
