Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a HR Assistant Intern located in Noida, with some work from home flexibility. The HR Assistant Intern will support various HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and the maintenance of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Responsibilities include conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, assisting with training programs, and managing employee records.

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration
• Training and development capabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR-related software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (in-progress or completed)
• Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus
