Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, and time office operations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide generalist HR support to employees by resolving queries related to benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform administrative tasks such as document management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective implementation of HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-6 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in a manufacturing industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including recruitment, payroll processing, time office operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
