HR Assistant Role Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networks to source, screen resumes, and update candidate databases. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, conduct initial phone screenings, and provide timely candidate follow-ups. Job Posting: Write and post clear, branded job advertisements across multiple platforms. Candidate Engagement: Build positive relationships, address queries, and ensure a professional candidate experience. Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and gather candidate feedback. Administration & Onboarding: Maintain records, prepare offer letters, track recruitment metrics, and assist with new hire onboarding. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. Excellent Excel and Word skills, along with proficiency in HR tools. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a collaborative team player eager to learn. *
