HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, scheduling candidate interviews, and coordinating reference checks and background verifications. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing new hire paperwork, conducting new employee orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions to team members and department overviews during the onboarding process. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate employee data in HR information systems, updating employee files with relevant documents, and processing changes in employee status such as address updates and leave requests.
