Job Description

Job Role :

Oversee daily OT operations and coordinate surgery schedules.
Supervise OT technicians, and support staff; manage duty rosters.
Ensure sterilization protocols and infection control practices are strictly followed.
Maintain OT instruments, equipment, and surgical inventory.
Ensure adherence to hospital SOPs, NABH standards, and safety checklists.
Support surgeons and anesthetists during procedures.
Maintain accurate intra-op records and generate monthly OT reports.
Coordinate with biomedical and housekeeping for OT readiness and upkeep.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
