Key Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure in both Human Resources and Marketing domains.

• Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.

• Support client relations by engaging with organizations and understanding manpower needs.

• Contribute to business development initiatives by pitching services and fostering partnerships.

• Participate in organizational branding efforts to strengthen R&R Human Capital’s market presence.

• Provide support in delivering end-to-end manpower solutions for clients.

Internship Structure & Benefits

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Leave Policy: Any additional leave taken will extend your internship duration to ensure completion of 2 months.

Stipend: This is an unpaid internship.
