HR AND LEGAL MANAGER

You will be overseeing all aspects of human resources and legal compliance within the organization. Your role will involve ensuring a positive and legally compliant work environment by effectively managing HR functions in line with employment laws, company policies, and procedures. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the HR lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will be tasked with developing and implementing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and addressing employee concerns. In terms of legal compliance, you will need to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements, and handle legal issues related to employment and contracts. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing initiatives aligning with company values, overseeing staffing, workforce planning, and recruitment, collaborating with departments for talent acquisition, and implementing strategies for attracting and retaining talent. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Law, 3-6 years of HR and Legal management experience, a strong knowledge of labor laws, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
