Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Community Manager located in Pune. The HR and Community Manager will be responsible for managing HR operations, coordinating with coliving members, organizing community events, and ensuring a harmonious living and working environment. They will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, the role involves fostering a sense of community, addressing resident concerns, and promoting activities that enhance community engagement.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality or coliving industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
