HR Analytics & Technology Manager

Role & responsibilities-

HR Analytics Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into workforce metrics such as attrition, headcount, diversity, budget utilization, and cost Deliver timely HR dashboards. Identify trends, highlight risk/opportunities and provide actionable insights to business leaders to support strategic decision-making. HR Technology Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems. Lead implementation and optimization of HRIS platform Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and automate HR processes Train HR teams and business users on system usage and analytics tools HR Shared Services Drive standardization and process improvements across HR operations including onboarding, induction, background verification, and employee records management. Ensure SLA adherence, accuracy, and compliance in all service delivery. Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external policies. Strengthen the employee lifecycle journey through simplified processes and automation. Employee Experience & Governance Drive standardization and process improvements across HR operations including onboarding, induction, background verification, and employee records management.

Preferred candidate profile

Education Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, or related field

Experience 4–9 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Systems

Technical Skills Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (preferably Darwinbox). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel. Fair understanding of HR Processes Strong Analytical skills
