HR Analytics Specialist / Lead Analyst

You are Responsible for

HR Business Analytics :

• Collaborate with HR teams to drive

  key performance indicators (KPIs)

  and business metrics.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to

  HR business partners and senior leadership

  , translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Leverage

  statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and machine learning techniques

  to uncover insights into employee engagement, workforce planning, performance, talent acquisition and retention.
• Use a combination of descriptive , diagnostic, prescriptive analytics to explain past trends and understand the 'why' behind people-related outcomes.

Dashboards & Visualisation

• Create compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable stories for business leaders and HR partners.  

To succeed in this role you should have the following

• Analysis & Insights Capabilities:

  Using a range of analytical methods, from descriptive (what happened) to predictive (what will happen), identify trends, patterns, and correlations in the data.  

• Storytelling & Communication:

  A key function of the team is to translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable stories for business leaders and HR partners.

• Strategic Consultation:

    Act as internal consultants, partnering with different departments to help them solve talent-related challenges. This could involve optimizing a recruiting strategy, identifying skill gaps, or designing a new employee development program.
