HR Analytics & Payroll

Job Description: You will be responsible for HR Analytics, which involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting various HR data such as turnover, retention, headcount, diversity, compensation, recruitment, etc. You will develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and track HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Supporting workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities will also be part of your role. You are expected to provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives while maintaining and improving data integrity across HR systems. Collaboration with IT or HRIS(Keka) will be necessary to ensure optimal system performance and data structure. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Your responsibilities will include accurate maintenance of employee data related to compensation, benefits, deductions, and time & attendance. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau is required. - You should have the ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary. - Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite is preferred.
