HR Analytics & Payroll

As an HR Analytics Specialist, your role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting various HR data such as turnover, retention, headcount, diversity, compensation, and recruitment. You will be responsible for developing dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, tracking HR KPIs, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Supporting workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities will be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives while maintaining and improving data integrity across HR systems. Collaboration with IT or HRIS(Keka) will be essential to ensure optimal system performance and data structure. Your duties will also include ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies, as well as accurate maintenance of employee data related to compensation, benefits, deductions, and time & attendance. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau. - Ability to handle sensitive data with integrity and confidentiality. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in insurance management software and the MS Office Suite. In addition to the job responsibilities, the company also values your ability to join the team on a full-time basis for day shifts from Monday to Friday.
